FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
TICKETING & PRESALES
What is an internet pre-sale?
An internet pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets before they go on sale to the public via general websites, call centres and outlets. Please note that a pre-sale is a chance to secure tickets before the general public, rather than a preferential seating service.
How do I find out about Dainty Group presales?
Please sign up here to the Dainty Group Mailing List, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to be notified of each of our presales.
I missed out on tickets during the pre-sale. Have I missed out on the best seats?
Internet pre-sales provide early access to a selection of seats, but not all seats, throughout the venue.
Tickets of equal quality will be always held aside for the public. We like to give all fans the opportunity to access great seats - whether it be during the pre-sale or the general on-sale.
Please remember if you are unable to secure tickets during the pre-sale, you will always be able to try again during the public on-sale when a fresh allocation of tickets will be released.
ARTISTS & TOURING
I’ve heard a rumour that Dainty will be touring a particular artist/band soon. Can you tell me if it’s true?
The moment any of our tours are confirmed we’ll post the full information on our website and send a broadcast across our social media. Sign up as a Dainty Group member HERE to receive email notification of any new tour announcements as they happen.
Why isn’t a tour coming to my city?
There are many elements that we take in to consideration when planning a tour. To name but a few; the availability of venues on the required dates, the availability of the touring artist, the production elements of the show, venue capacities and staging formats. Despite our best efforts, it is sometimes just not possible to include all cities on a tour itinerary.
I’d love a backstage pass/meet & greet with the artist. Can you help?
Sorry, we only issue backstage passes to our touring personnel.
Occasionally, opportunities to win a meet & greet with a band/artist do arise. We like to broadcast these across our social media, so be sure to follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to be among the first to know.
I would like to contact the artist direct. Can you give me their contact details?
Dainty Group does not provide contact information for any of our touring artists or their management. Often the best way to contact an artist is via their official Fan Club or website - many have forums where you can post messages.
I would like to submit a band or artist as a possible support act.
If you wish to submit a band or artist to be considered as a support act, please use the form on our contact page.
Please be sure to include contact details and a link to the act’s official website or MySpace site.
Please note due to the sheer volume of submissions we receive, only successful artists will be contacted.
FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS
We appreciate all comments in relation to your experiences with us.
Please note that if you have a concern on the night of the performance we would advise that you approach a venue staff member immediately to attempt to rectify the situation. There are generally contingencies in place to deal with a wide range of issues, including seating and sound concerns, and they will be best placed to ensure that your concert experience is enjoyable.
